In the heart of West Wales, is a small family enterprise – Caws Cenarth Cheese where Welsh speaking Gwynfor and Thelma Adams have been farming for over 42 years, helped by their son Carwyn, and is now the oldest established producer of Welsh Farmhouse cheeses as described below.

Caws Cryf – Mature cheddar with a mellow rich flavour

Perl Las – blue veined cheese

Golden Cenarth – semi soft cheese washed in cider in a crate

Dolwen – ewes' cheese (March to October ONLY)
