BOATERS STARTER
1 large field mushroom per person, 1 clove garlic finely chopped, mixed into butter and spread on mushroom. Onion finely sliced (quantity to suit). Cooked ham, bacon, black pudding etc to suit. Green Thunder or Pickle Power (quantity to suit)
On hollow side of mushrooom spread butter and garlic mix, a layer of onions, then ham/bacon etc topped with the cheese. Place in pre heated oven gas Mk 6 for 20 mins until cheese is slightly brown on top. Alternately put under max grill for 10-15mins until slightly brown. Serve with crusty bread

STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 1 chicken breast per person. Green Thunder cheese (quantity to suit), rasher of bacon
Cut a pocket in chicken breast and stuff with Green Thunder. Wrap with a rasher of bacon and seal with a cocktail stick. Pour small quantity of olive oil in baking dish. Brush breast with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cook in oven mark 5 for about half an hour (depends on size of breast). Serve with new potatoes and vegetables of choice.

CHEESE OMELETTE
Serves 1
1 tsp oil. 2 large eggs, Green Thunder (quantity to suit). Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a small omelette/frying pan. In a bowl whisk eggs till frothy. Pour egg mixture into pan. Add Green Thunder.
Using a wooden spatula drag the cooked egg mixture from the edges of the pan into the centre to ensure an even cooked omelette. Once the egg is completely set fold over and serve.

MASHED POTATOES< Sprinkle Green Thunder, or Leek and White wine or Red Devil on mashed potatoes and grill or put in oven Mark 6 for 10-15 mins till bubbling.

 WOOFY EGGS Round of toast, cover with grated cheese, flavour to suit you. Make a well in the middle of the cheese and drop in an egg. Put under the grill until cheese has melted and egg is cooked. Yummy
